Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

The short version. This site is owned by Stoneclad Media. When you submit the Blueprint form, we collect the information you provide and use it to generate your personalized Blueprint, send you the PDF, follow up about Stoneclad services, and improve the experience. We also use cookies and pixels from Google (Analytics, Ads, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to measure performance and show relevant ads. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out, request access, or request deletion at any time by emailing michael@stonecladmedia.com. Full detail below.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to expertise.stonecladmedia.com (the “Site”), operated by Stoneclad Media LLC (“Stoneclad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For privacy questions, the data controller is Stoneclad Media LLC at michael@stonecladmedia.com. Mailing address: 4785 E 91st St, Ste A #2101, Tulsa, OK 74137.

This Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and form submitters, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies in addition to any country-specific or US state-specific rights described below.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

When you submit the Blueprint request form, you give us:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your industry / area of expertise, current audience size, monetization status, and other profile fields used to generate the Blueprint.
  • Any free-text answers you provide describing your goals or context.
  • Optional information you share when booking a strategy call (calendar time, phone number, additional context) — see also our calendar provider's terms.
  • Any messages you send us by email, contact form, or reply to a follow-up message.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and our analytics/ad partners may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser data: IP address, user-agent string, device type, operating system, screen size, browser language, referrer URL, and time-zone.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, links clicked, form-field interactions, exit-intent triggers, and other behavior on the Site.
  • Identifiers: cookie IDs, advertising IDs, pseudonymous analytics identifiers (e.g., Google client ID, Meta browser ID), and where you have opted in, hashed user identifiers used for ad-conversion attribution.
  • UTM and ad-click parameters: the campaign, source, medium, click ID (fbclid, gclid), and ad-variant identifiers in the URL when you arrive from a paid ad.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from advertising and analytics partners — for example, aggregated campaign performance, conversion match confirmations, and audience segments — to measure and improve our ads.

2.4 We do not knowingly collect from children

The Site is intended for business professionals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect for these purposes:

  • Generate and deliver your Blueprint. We pass your submitted profile to an AI model to generate the personalized Blueprint document, store the result, and email you the PDF or a link to it.
  • Send follow-up communications. We may send transactional and marketing emails about the Blueprint, related Stoneclad offers, strategy-call reminders, and educational content. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email; we will still send service-related emails (e.g., delivery of your requested Blueprint).
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Measure marketing performance. Cookies and pixels report which ad, campaign, or page produced a visit, form submission, or strategy-call booking. This includes attributing conversions back to specific ads on Google Ads / YouTube and Meta (Facebook / Instagram).
  • Build advertising audiences (including retargeting). We share limited information with Google and Meta to show ads to people who have visited the Site, to people similar to our existing visitors and customers, and to suppress ads to people who have already converted.
  • Detect abuse and secure the Site. Including rate limiting, fraud prevention, and protecting our systems.
  • Improve the product. Aggregated analytics inform changes to copy, design, and features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Cookies and similar tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, JavaScript tags, local storage, and server-side event APIs to recognize you and your device across visits, measure ad and content performance, and personalize the experience. The categories we use:

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We do share limited identifiers with Google and Meta to measure ads and build retargeting audiences, which may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain US state laws. You can opt out using the controls in Section 7.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, then delete or anonymize it. Typical retention:

  • Blueprint requests and generated PDFs: up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
  • CRM and email-marketing records: until you unsubscribe and request deletion, plus a short additional period to honor your opt-out.
  • Analytics data: per the retention setting of our analytics provider (currently 14 months in GA4).
  • Logs and security data: typically 30–90 days.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

7.1 Opt out of advertising and analytics

  • Google ads personalization: manage at adssettings.google.com.
  • Meta ads personalization: manage at facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings.
  • Industry opt-out tools: NAI, DAA, and YourOnlineChoices (EU).
  • Google Analytics opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor browser-level GPC signals as a valid opt-out of sharing/sale for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7.2 Email choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing us at michael@stonecladmedia.com. We will continue to send service emails related to a Blueprint you requested.

7.3 US state privacy rights (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you.
  • Access or receive a copy of that information in a portable format.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and of targeted advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, email michael@stonecladmedia.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also authorize an agent to act on your behalf. California residents may request the information described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”) by emailing the same address.

7.4 EEA, UK, and Swiss rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing are:

  • Contract — to generate and deliver your Blueprint and respond to your inquiries.
  • Legitimate interests — to measure marketing performance, secure the Site, and improve the product.
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies, advertising pixels, and marketing email.
  • Legal obligation — where required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Contact michael@stonecladmedia.com to exercise your rights.

8. International data transfers

Stoneclad Media is based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country that has not been deemed adequate by the European Commission, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses and provider-level commitments under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable).

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest at our infrastructure providers, role-based access controls, and secret-key management. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a qualifying breach as required by law.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section 7.1.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where required by law, provide additional notice (for example, by email or a banner on the Site). Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
